Summary

We’re looking ​for ​an ​experienced AI ​Engineer to grow with ​Next ​Securities. The ​successful candidate will ​work on ​AI ​engineering optimized ​for ​financial ​services, leveraging data ​from ​various financial media ​sources.

[Key ​Responsibilities]

• Develop ​and enhance AI ​models—such as ​LLMs ​(Large Language ​Models) and ​multimodal ​models—through fine-tuning to ​produce personalized ​financial content.
• Build and operate AI platforms encompassing data utilization from various financial media, model training, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and ongoing operations.
• Develop personalized recommendation systems based on cutting-edge technologies like graph-based recommendation, reflecting user behavior patterns.
• Build real-time feature pipelines using large-scale user behavior logs and design feedback loops to continuously improve recommendation quality.

[Required Qualifications]

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in modern frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Experience developing and deploying deep learning models (e.g., GraphSAGE, UniTRec/ModernBERT, PinSAGE) using user behavior logs at a production level.
• 5+ years of experience developing services using LLMs or multimodal models.
• Experience in feature engineering.
• Experience with model serving technologies such as Triton, TorchServe, or BentoML.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Author of AI-related academic papers or contributor to open-source projects.
• Experience building and operating LLMOps systems.
• Experience in GPU profiling and tuning.
• Experience training and deploying AI models in hybrid cloud architecture environments.
• Proven technical leadership or AI project management experience.
• Experience with deployment and operations using Kubernetes/Docker.
